How we produce our articles

Useful explanations with a clear purpose

REKODHA helps individuals and families organise their immigration records, understand what needs attention and prepare relevant information. We use everyday words, short sentences and clear next steps. We explain unfamiliar terms when we first use them. Our articles help you understand what to check; they do not decide whether you qualify or replace advice from a regulated professional.

Sources you can check

We link official guidance for immigration requirements and identify the date it was checked. A product explanation is labelled as such. Examples are made up unless we clearly say otherwise and have permission to tell someone’s story.

We say whether a change is only being discussed or is a rule that has started. We separate the date it was announced from the date it starts. If we cannot check an important fact, we leave it out or explain what is unsure.

Authorship and AI assistance

Welcome Simango is the founder of REKODHA. Articles attributed to him draw on the platform’s purpose and his record-keeping experience. His byline is not a claim of regulated immigration-adviser status.

AI tools assist with research, drafting and editing. Scheduled articles use the byline “REKODHA editorial”, cite the sources used and are not presented as having received a solicitor’s or adviser’s review. We do not manufacture personal experiences, qualifications or testimonials.

Dates and corrections

The publication date stays with the original article. We show a separate checked or updated date when the content is revised. Keep using the linked official guidance for current requirements.

If you notice an error, raise it through REKODHA’s Help section and include the article title, the passage and any relevant source. Significant corrections should be recorded visibly rather than hidden by changing the original publication date.
