Using REKODHA, your responsibilities and what you can expect from us.

Our agreement
REKODHA is developed and operated by BREAKSTORM INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. These terms apply when you use REKODHA. Contact us for product enquiries, complaints or questions about these terms. The Privacy Notice explains how personal information is handled.
What REKODHA provides
REKODHA helps you organise records, understand supported information and prepare for visa renewal, settlement and citizenship. Available features depend on your plan, route and the records you enter. It does not submit an immigration application on your behalf unless a future service expressly says so.
Information, not immigration advice
REKODHA is independent of the Home Office and is not a law firm or regulated immigration adviser. Rules, guidance and calculations may have exceptions and may change. Readiness indicators, suggested evidence, estimated dates and packs do not guarantee eligibility, completeness or a successful application. Check official requirements and obtain advice from an appropriately regulated professional where needed.
Your account and records
You must be an adult to create and manage an account. Keep account details accurate and sign-in credentials secure. You remain responsible for the records you enter, the documents you upload and decisions about their use. Only add information you are entitled to use or manage, including family members’ information. Keep your original documents and check generated outputs before relying on or sharing them.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful material, impersonate others, access records without authority, interfere with security, distribute malicious software or misuse the platform or contact form. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect people, comply with law or address misuse. Contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
Free, Prepare and beta access
The Free plan supports the main applicant. Prepare features and family access are described on the current plan page. Beta access is temporary and its end date is shown in your account. When promotional access expires, paid features may become unavailable. Beta access does not itself authorise a charge. Any future paid purchase must clearly show the price, term, renewal arrangements and cancellation information before you agree; no payment commitment is created by this page alone.
Sharing and professional help
You choose whether to share records and whom to share them with. Check recipients and pack contents before confirming. Directory listings and verification indicators are not a recommendation or guarantee of advice quality or outcomes. Any engagement with a professional is a separate arrangement between you and that professional, including their fees and privacy terms. Revoking a share does not recall copies already downloaded by a recipient.
Availability and changes
REKODHA is in beta and may contain faults or be interrupted for maintenance. Features may change as the product develops. We will use reasonable care and skill in providing the service and communicate material changes where appropriate. Do not rely on REKODHA as your only reminder of an application deadline or your only copy of important evidence.
Your content and our product
You retain your rights in the records and documents you provide. You permit us to store, process and reproduce them as needed to deliver the features you request, subject to the Privacy Notice. REKODHA branding, software and platform content belong to their respective owners. You may use the platform for its intended purpose; you may not copy or commercially exploit the software without permission.
Closing your account and complaints
You can request account deletion through the account deletion page or contact us for help. Deletion and retention are managed as described in the Privacy Notice; disabling a feature does not remove your information rights. Send complaints through Contact us, explaining what happened and the outcome you are seeking. We will review the matter and respond using your contact details.
Responsibility and your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. These terms do not remove your statutory consumer rights. You remain responsible for your immigration decisions and application submissions; we remain responsible for obligations that applicable law places on us.
Law and updates
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory protections and court rights available where you live. Material changes will be communicated through the service where appropriate. Last updated: 15 October 2026.
